Located in Arena, Wisconsin, just 30 miles west of Madison, we are perfectly situated in the heart of the Wisconsin River Valley to serve both local creameries and national accounts
A Legacy of Excellence
The story of RV Cold Storage is rooted in the rich history of our parent company, River Valley Logistics, LLC. Founded in 2017 by second-generation truckers Ray Leslie and Jeremy Koenig, River Valley Logistics was born out of decades of expertise and a shared dedication to exceptional service. Ray and Jeremy combined their individual operations to better meet the growing demand for reliable refrigerated transportation, laying the foundation for RV Cold Storage to further expand their services.

Our Facility and Capabilities
Our state-of-the-art, 33,600 sq. ft. cold storage facility offers:
- Ambient and cooler storage (34–40°F)
- Aged cheese storage (41–45°F)
- Support for short- and long-term storage needs
In addition to storage, we provide cross-docking and LTL consolidating services, working in tandem with our parent company’s third-party logistics (3PL) network to deliver streamlined solutions to our customers.
Food Safety and Certifications
At RV Cold Storage, food safety is a top priority.
We maintain a rigorous HACCP Plan, and our facility is SQF Certified for Storage and Distribution. Additionally, we hold an Organic Certificate and undergo regular internal and annual third-party audits to ensure compliance with FDA and Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection standards.

Finally, a nice sunny day here in Southern Wisconsin! The crew is making great progress on the new building.
(Stage 2) RV Cold Storage: Warehouse Expansion
RV Cold Storage, LLC is expanding with additional cooler space and offices for operations. The warehouse expansion will add an additional 3,000 pallet spaces, bringing the total capacity to nearly 4,000 pallet spaces. The project will be complete in June 2023.
